00:00It's in my sock drawer. I haven't looked at it in a long time. It's in there somewhere.
00:09It doesn't see the light of day very often at all. I probably haven't looked at it in a year
00:14or more. I think part of that has to do with realizing that your career as well as you as
00:18a person is a lot more than just one medal from a 30-second run you did four years ago.
00:37I feel like I'm fairly good at keeping a level head like I don't feel like pressure is like a
00:41bad
00:41thing and I think like when I'm nervous it's a it's a good thing it means you care usually when
00:45I'm nervous I feel like I ski better too sometimes. It's funny I've never been like the kind of guy
00:49who can really stand up to his goals or be the guy who's like I'm gonna go win that medal
00:55that's my
00:55goal. You know it just feels too direct for me like I'm always going to be the guy who wants
01:00to
01:00go and say that I want to go ski my best enjoy it but that's the beauty of having a
01:04gold medal already
01:05in the Olympics. It's not this like gold I've been dreaming about and so having that milestone already
01:10is it puts pressure on but also takes them off in a way which is cool and I guess that's
01:15kind of like
01:15a timid way to look at it and a lot of top athletes probably don't have that mentality but that's
01:21what
01:21works for me. In the Olympics the main thing to watch for is just the the creativity like if you
01:27see something that looks different you know from something everyone else is doing or the course is
01:33getting ridden in a different way that's probably what I'm going for just because it brings me joy
01:37and if it looks like I'm doing something weird it's probably on purpose.
01:51you
