00:40member states are not ready for such commitment. Her sentiment was echoed by Latvia's President
00:45Edgis Renkovich, who also said there is little hope of an imminent peace agreement.
00:50While 2027 a session target was discussed in a 20-point peace plan, many EU governments consider
00:57any fixed timeline unrealistic as entry to the EU is merit-based.
