Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is meeting with a US delegation in Berlin to hammer out a potential end to his country's years-long war with Russia. Zelenskyy says he is willing to walk back Ukraine's ambitions to join NATO in exchange for security guarantees with the US, Europe and other possible allies. US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff called the talks productive and said they would continue.
