00:00Well, you mentioned Scottie Shefford. I quickly have to ask because I think we can all agree that he's undoubtedly
00:05the best ball striker in the game.
00:07And what he's able to do with the golf ball day in and day out and execute is phenomenal.
00:11I want to ask you as somebody who's the best coach in the game right now, what is the key
00:16ingredient?
00:17What is the one thing that you see that makes it work time and time and again for him?
00:23I just think I know obviously Phil Kenyon's a very good friend of mine.
00:28And he just talks about how incredible his hands are and his hand-eye coordination.
00:32I think ultimately he's very diligent with his grip.
00:37I've seen him, the shots he hits, I think he's a great athlete playing golf.
00:42I don't think he's cluttered. I think he keeps it very simple.
00:46I think Randy does an amazing job of that. And his shot making is just phenomenal.
00:50Like he plays golf shots, like he hits this sort of lowish squeezy cut.
00:54I see a lot. And then he's got a smash shot.
00:57Like he always hits the right shot.
01:00Like it's very similar to watching Tiger or Rosie, but he just keeps doing it.
01:04And he's a big man too, right?
01:06Like he's 6'3", 6'4".
01:08And that's what I think people forget.
01:10He's got a massively long arc.
01:12So he's able to do and hit some shots, which are phenomenal.
01:15There's a, you know, upright golf swings have a big advantage that they can generate a lot of speed.
01:20He's also very, very accurate.
01:22And I think that Randy has nurtured him so well to like play the game.
01:27He needs such a competitor.
01:29Like if he, when you're around him, he's competitive with everything.
01:32He'd want to play table tennis with you and he'd want to beat you.
01:36And then he'd be saying, I'm sorry, afterwards.
01:38But like in the moment, he's phenomenal.
01:40But I think he's got great hands.
01:42I think he's got a golf swing that makes a lot of sense.
01:44It's got all of the right matchups for him and his shot making ability is incredible.
01:50And he plays the game at the end of the day.
01:51I think Tiger had a very pretty looking golf swing and it was very functional,
01:55but he played the game so well, like tactically, he was so disciplined.
02:01Scott Fawcett's decades based on, you know, tracking Tiger shots and how he played was just incredible.
02:08Very similar to Nicholas.
02:09So it's like, Scotty plays like that.
02:12I think he's got so many shots.
02:14He's, he's fearless and Phil Kenyon's done a great job of getting in putting, unfortunately for the rest of us.
02:19But I just think that, I think he's, I think he's an athlete playing golf.
02:23I think there's a lot of genius in what he does.
02:26I think he's got a phenomenal head on his shoulders.
02:29Very, he's got the ultimate competitor mindset, but he's also got a lot of humility and a lot of grace.
02:35Like, I think he's a, I think he's great for golf and he's, he's great to watch.
02:38Like take videos, show them to my other players.
02:41Like he's hitting shots.
02:42It's not just the same thing, but I think his hand eye coordination is probably the best of possibly all
02:49the players is phenomenal.
02:50And I, I've never like, I don't know that I'm just going on what I'm told and my observation.
02:56Like, I don't know.
02:56Like, I don't know.
02:56Like, I don't know.
02:56Like, I don't know.
