00:03That's actually where I got the bug to want to do music.
00:07I mean, I always loved music.
00:08I grew up singing in church.
00:09I actually was the only, like, young kid in my church's mass choir.
00:13Like, they let me sneak in.
00:14I sang in children's choir, and I also sang in the mass choir.
00:16Because you got that voice.
00:19No, but I got to do a church conference at Madison Square Garden.
00:24Insane.
00:25It was maybe, like, the day or two before Ricky Martin was doing his concert
00:29at MSG for his Vuelve tour, and I guess he was just, like, there.
00:33Or maybe one of his people were there, and they were like,
00:35oh, my gosh, whoever that choir is, we should have them join us
00:38at the end of the concert.
00:40They'd do the song Vuelve, and we could have a choir behind us.
00:43And so they ended up choosing an ensemble version of our, like,
00:47100-something people choir, and it ended up being, like, maybe 30 people.
00:50And I was one of the ones that he chose.
00:52But because I was the shortest, they had us in, like, size order.
00:56I was the first one that had to walk out.
00:58You know, when you come out like this, like, from both sides,
01:01and you meet in the middle?
01:02So I was coming out on this side, and guys, Heineken was the sponsor.

01:06And I remember the little blue, they had green buttons,
01:10and all you could see was just this sea of flickering green.
01:14And I was like, oh, my gosh, this is such a rush.

01:21And that was my first moment doing anything.
