BUFFALO ESCAPES LION CHASE WITH VID By Saloni Mathur Watch this action-packed video of an adult buffalo being chased by a group of lionesses. Dickson Senchura Noosaron, a tour guide from Kenya, captured this incredible moment at Mara Triangle, the southwestern part of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya. The lone buffalo is seen being chased by not one but four lionesses at high speed. One of them even launches itself at the buffalo, but it shakes her off and continues running. Even after being closely chased by the group of big cats, the buffalo manages to outrun them and join another adult standing at the far side of the ground, and runs off with him. The comment section, however, was not convinced that the lionesses were at their peak during this chase. One wrote: “I don’t think buffalo can outrun lions. The lions must be full.” Another commented: “They were not hungry.” ENDs
