00:16The LSEG's own lease had been due to end in September of 2028, although a new long-term
00:22deal was signed at the end of last year.
00:24The LSEG, which owns the London Stock Exchange and provides a range of financial markets
00:30data, moved in when it was built in the early 2000s.
00:34The new plans include an office lobby at the ground floor, three extensions at upper levels
00:40to provide more offices, and landscaping to balconies and roofs.
