00:08Well here's where you can find the network settings and solve those pesky problems.
00:13If you need to make any changes to your network settings, if you're experiencing issues,
00:16or want to connect to a different network, first head to settings, then scroll down to general,
00:22and then select network, then select Wi-Fi connection.
00:26If you're experiencing signal issues, do make sure that the Wi-Fi connection is on,
00:32shown by a green toggle on the right. The TV's Wi-Fi will not work unless this is turned on.
00:39If you're experiencing Wi-Fi problems, try disconnecting from your network once you've
00:42found it in the menu. You can then reconnect, but you'll need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password.
00:48If all is well after this process, the TV should reconnect to your chosen network and the display
00:52on the left should show four green highlighter symbols, though this can take a minute to kick in.
00:57If you're still experiencing network issues, it's worth resetting your router and your TV
01:01by unplugging them from the wall, waiting for 30 seconds to a minute, and then plugging them back in.
01:06If after this you're still experiencing issues, you can fully reset your TV as another option.
01:11To do this, go to settings, general, system, and reset to initial settings.
01:18You'll be presented with two options.
01:19Select the top option, which fully resets your TV, including your network settings.
01:24After this, you'll then need to set up your TV again, including re-logging into all your apps,
01:29but this will hopefully sort out any network issues.
