00:09But then I felt at Super Bowl week, more and more, Stephen A. Smith, others, said that Pats are lucky to be here.

00:18I heard more voices the closer we got to the game, which I thought, frankly, was a good sign for you.
00:24I liked that for you, the underdog role and people overlooking you.
00:28I thought that was a good thing.
00:30Well, with the way that game turned out, were those people justified?
00:33Frauds, fool's gold, imposter alert.
00:37Were those people justified with the way that that game went down?

00:42Were the Patriots frauds, imposters?
00:44So, my answer to that would be it's a little strong.
00:47The NFC was clearly the better conference this year, and Seattle was the best of the lot.
00:51So, would I call the Patriots frauds?
00:53No.
00:54They are in the title of best team in the AFC.
01:00They won every game they were supposed to win.
01:01They faced people along the way, and the teams that weren't there, that's their problem.
01:05So, you can only play the teams that you're asked to play.
01:08And so, I thought they were a good team this year.
01:11They weren't a great team.
01:12They were never a great team.
01:13And the idea that, you know, they got exposed, their weaknesses got exposed, but would I say fraud?
01:20I personally would not say that.
01:22No, me either.
01:23But the thing that was clear, though, is that, you know, after having now watched the Super Bowl, is that, what Maz said, the NFC was definitely the better conference.
01:29And the real Super Bowl might have been the NFC championship game between Seattle and the Rams.
01:34But if Denver went, even if Bo Nix was healthy, do you think that result would have been that much different?
01:38I don't.
01:39But the only team, if he was healthy, and they were looking how they looked when they were a little hot there, that would have probably given them a better game was Buffalo.
01:46And Josh Allen, again, if he was healthy.
01:47Other than that, I think anyone out of the AFC from that playoff picture would have gotten throttled by that Seattle team.
