00:27day prepare for this meditation to take space for yourselves to relax and to free our minds from
00:37the things that are holding us back to becoming and becoming whatever that is our heart truly desires
00:46and the purpose of God first and foremost before we start today's meditation when you guys to close
00:56your eyes find a relaxed position relax your face relax your body muscles I want you to take a big deep
01:14breath in through your nose and I want you to hold that deep breath for about 10 seconds just hold it
01:29just be patient with yourself don't rush the breath take a big exhale now I want you to take another deep
01:43and I want you to breathe inhale inhale inhale inhale inhale again inhale again and now I want you to take a big sigh exhale
01:54exhale exhale exhaling one more time

02:11Hold it. Five seconds this time. Take a big exhale. Ah. I want you to spin your head in a full 360. Releasing the tension that surrounds your aura filled.
02:33Taking your time, feeling through that rotation, that stretch of the neck.
02:47Our neck holds most of the tension throughout our lifespan. Our necks hold our heads up high.
02:59And it's rarely where we're able to show our necks some love. So in this moment, show your necks some love.
03:07Now we're going to spin it around the opposite direction. All the way around.
03:13Breathing. Taking our time. Slowly feeling through that neck tension, that neck pain.

03:36Saying yes to all the things that you want to bring into your life.

04:17Saying no to not validating ourselves and seeking validation outside of ourselves.
04:33Because we're the only ones who can truly validate exactly what we are.
04:38Saying no to who we are.
04:43Saying no to yesterday.
04:49Now we're going to hold that.
04:52Coming back to the forefront.
04:53Taking another deep breath in through your nose.
04:58And now that we said no to none of the things that no longer serves us.
05:02We're going to imagine the things that we want to happen within our lives.
05:08And we're going to take the time out to tap into that power.
05:12And being aligned with the power is feeling.
05:19Feeling rules our lives.

05:26I want you to feel what it feels like to be in power of the things that you want to happen in your life.

05:40Is it manifesting more money?
05:43Is it seeking a new position of power?
05:47Is it truly feeling that power within the loving ourselves?
05:53Is it truly feeling that power within knowing that we can do any and everything that we put our minds to?
06:02Or is it having that power of truly validating ourselves?
06:07What is the power you need to move forward?
06:17What does it feel like to finally feel that you have the power to be in control?
06:23I want you to bring it to your third eye pentacle.

06:44And I want you to be able to truly transcend into that power you have within your minds.

19:16agitations anything that doesn't seem like it's worthy of what you would want for yourself that
19:22does not define you don't allow don't allow five seconds or five minutes of a bad situation
19:28to take over your whole day to mess up your whole week a lot of people will use it to mess up their
19:34whole lives off of one excuse when you have the opportunity to choose light over whatever's going
19:40on in your situation so in this moment i ask that y'all continue to choose yourself
19:46as you go about on a daily basis because you can't do anything without yourself being present
19:52when you try to i promise it makes your mental feel like it's going everywhere
19:57so please i ask that you allow yourself to take a deep inhale letting that chest to rise
20:05your rib cage to expand and that belly to get full and when you feel like you can't take no more just
20:13a little just a little extra because you're worth it and as soon as you get full allow yourself a deep
20:20exhale i promise you the person next to you is not concerned with how you're breathing and if they
20:26are they're in the wrong space i need you to take a deep exhale like sis said allow yourself to sigh it
20:34out it is not your weight to carry it is not your burden to hold you are worthy of peace of heart and
20:40peace of mind every day of your life even if you don't believe it in this moment we're planting the
20:46seeds for you to be able to have it so please remember to take the necessary actions that you
20:53need to for yourself in this moment we're going to allow a few minutes of silence as the vibrations
