09:07You have meridians in your body.
09:10There are energy channels that allow the energy to flow.
09:13Taking deep breaths allow any stagnant energy to flow out the body.
09:20Reminding you that this is a safe space.
09:24You are love, you are enough, you are worthy, you are the spirit made manifest.
09:40Not dwelling on the past or anticipating the future but allowing yourself to be right here,
09:48right now.
09:49In this moment, in this divine time, no problems exist.
09:58You are right where you are supposed to be.
10:03Reminding you that nothing is ever happening to you but for you always.
10:14And a lot of the times we just breathe to survive.
10:17So we shallow breathe.
10:18That's why Cody was telling you take long deep breaths holding in.
10:24This breath is known as the Durga breath so I ask that you take a place your hands on your
10:30bellies.
10:31Let's do something together.
10:35Placing both hands on your belly, taking a deep breath in, bringing your awareness to
10:42how the belly expands like a balloon as you're breathing in deep, exhaling.
10:53Not worrying about how the person is breathing next to you, this moment is about you.
10:58Let's take both of our hands and place them on the ribcage.
11:03Take a deep breath in and bringing your awareness to how the ribcage expands.
11:10Exhaling, allowing the exhale to be longer than the inhale.
11:17I ask that you place your hands in the center of your chest and your heart space.
11:24Bringing your awareness to how you naturally feel the essence of love.
11:30Taking a deep breath in, allowing the belly to expand, the ribcage to open and the chest
11:36to rise.
11:37Bring your awareness to how the chest strap, the ribcage close, the belly soften.
11:47That is a full deep breath.
11:51Whenever you're going through anything, you find yourself being anxious, worried, moving
11:57off of impulse, that breath will ground you and make you feel centered in your body.
12:04And as you hold your hand on your chest, I ask that we take this moment to honor the body.
12:12It allows you to be present right here, right now.
12:16We criticize what we don't like about it, but it fights every day to keep us alive.
12:21Every second, every minute, every hour, the body is fighting for you to exist.
12:28I ask that you show gratitude for your sense of touch.
12:34You can repeat these affirmations out loud or to yourself.
12:40I am grateful for my sense of sight.
12:46I am grateful for my sense of hearing.
12:53I am grateful for my sense of touch.
13:00I am grateful for the gift of hearing.
13:03I am grateful for the gift of hearing.
13:08Thank you all 12 systems of the body for always showing up for me.

13:18And we come to remind you as the group Sunday, gratitude is the attitude.
13:24Most of the times we want to manifest more things in our life when our plate is already full.
13:30And just like our mama used to tell us, you got to eat food before you get more food.
13:35So you have to learn to show gratitude for sight, for touch, for talking, for walking.
13:41Again, if you lose one toe, it will change your whole balance of how you can walk.
13:47So even if it's just showing gratitude for all 10 fingers and all 10 toes, that is enough.
13:54You are enough.
14:00We play vibrational instruments because we are vibrational beings and emotions is nothing
14:06but energy and motion.
14:08So if you do a walk in a pond, it will ripple.
14:12You have blood, you have water, you have lymphatic flow flowing through the body.
14:17So every vibration emits through the cell and heal you on the cellular level.
14:22And the tools we teach here is not for us to just put you in the feeling now, but for you to take home with.
14:32So I remind you to allow the belly to expand, taking a deep breath in, allowing the rib cage to open, the chest to rise, and allowing that breath to be a little deeper than your normal breath.
14:46So when you get to a full breath, add a little more.
14:59And when you get to a full breath, add a little more.
15:05And exhale and allowing the exhale to be longer than your inhale.
15:13I have seven bowls in front of me that represents the chakra system.
15:35The root chakra is about feeling grounded and feeling stable.
15:46The sacral chakra is about purpose.
15:49The solar plexus is about willpower.
15:53The heart chakra is about the ability to give and receive love.
15:59The throat chakra is about self-expression.
16:03The third eye is higher insight.
16:06And the purple one is the crown chakra.
16:10So we come to assist you in balancing your chakras.
16:14We come not to fix you because you are not broken.
16:18But when you're grounded, you feel called to a purpose.
16:23And when you feel called to a purpose, you have the will to do that purpose.
16:27And when you have the will to do that purpose, you have the ability to love not only yourself but others.
16:34When you love yourself and others, you have the ability to properly communicate,
16:39to know when to speak and when to allow people to feel heard.
16:45When you learn proper communication and you know how to express yourself and allow people to express themselves,
16:51you can open your third eye to what you have higher insight.
16:54You see things for what they are and not what they should be.
16:58Some scholars are false perceptions.
17:00We have an illusion that things are happening to us when they're happening for us the whole time.
17:07So when you have higher insight and you can see things for what they are and not what you think they should be,
17:13you can then reach higher consciousness, which also is known as Christ Consciousness, Nirvana, Deeper Awakenings.
17:21So everything we offer, our goal is to allow you to feel grounded so you can feel called to your purpose,
17:28so you have the will to do that, so you have the ability to love me and love everyone around you like you love yourself,
17:35so you can properly communicate, so people are not dodging what you're saying based off how you're expressing it.
17:42Because sometimes you just can't be heard because of your deliverance.
17:48And then you can see things in divine order and it allows you to kill victim mentality.
17:56And when you can kill the victim mentality, it allows you to heal from childhood trauma, relationship trauma, self-sabotage.
18:04Sometimes we'll be our own worst enemies, so not only do we show up for each other, we come to show up for you.
18:12So we can reach deeper wisdom, higher wisdom, new lessons, new opportunities, new thoughts.
18:19Every thought you thought yesterday, you thought today.
18:22So our goal is to shift your perspective because when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
18:30Speak affirmations into yourselves.
18:35I am loved.
18:39I am strong.
18:43I am aligned with the energy of abundance.
18:46And when money gets lonely, it chooses me as its company.
18:53I am healing.
18:56Every cell in my body is working towards a greater cause for my higher good.
19:04I am a direct expression of God.
19:12Allowing yourself to sit in its present moment.
19:15Some people have a false perception on what yoga is.
19:20But bread work is yoga.
19:22The yoga poses is known as asanas.
19:25That is yoga.
19:27Taking less than what you need is yoga.
19:32Loving someone without having their need in a trauma bind is yoga.
19:38What we offer is a lifestyle.
19:41Not just an experience.
19:43Bringing yourself right here, right now.
19:48Bringing your awareness to how you truly feel.
20:03I want you guys to sit in that moment.
20:16Allow yourselves to deeply rest in that state of relaxation.
20:22And taking ownership of how you truly feel in this moment.

20:41Taking accountability and being self-aware is important.
