Floodwaters rising around Daly River, NT

River levels were at 13.97 metres on Monday February 9, 2026, just short of the major flood level of 14 metres. Meanwhile 300 evacuees are continuing to stay at the Darwin Showgrounds pavilion with no idea on when they might be able to return home.
