02:25At the same time when he was the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, and he talked about the quorum, and he talked about not mocking any national leader,

04:15Para sa akin, it showed that there are majority of the members of Senate
04:21who are willing to stand up for our rights in the West Philippine Sea,
04:24who are willing to condemn all those statements na ginawa ng Chinese Embassy.
04:30And para sa akin, itong indication na ito clearly showed na meron pa rin integridad ng Senado
04:36and those very few people who are seemingly standing up for China,
04:44undermining our own position, does not represent the official stand of the Senate as an institution.
04:51Pahabol ko lang, may hiling pala magbitiw ka raw sa pwesto,
04:55sabi ni Sen. Cayetano, para marisol ba na ang dipagkakaunawaan ng dalawang bansa?
04:59Alam mo, ang linya na yan, yan ang linya ng Chinese Embassy.
