00:26I run three businesses.
00:27I'm the executive chef of Bacon Bacon Philadelphia.
00:31I have three food trucks and event space.
00:33We do catering.
00:34So I don't have the time to kind of be tired, you know, so I have to make sure that I feed myself the right fuel.
00:57So I'm not just like, you know, so sometimes I get to.
