00:07Taking forward the systematic nurturing of sports talent which is set in motion through
00:12the Kelo India program earlier, I proposed to launch a Kelo India mission to transform
00:20the sports sector over the next decade.
00:25The mission will facilitate a an integrated talent development pathway supported by training
00:33centres which are foundational, intermediate and elite levels, b systematic development
00:39of coaches and support staff, c integration of sports science and technology, d competitions
00:47and leagues to promote sports culture and provide platforms and e development of sports
00:54infrastructure for training and competition.

01:38Our second Kartavya is to fulfil aspirations and build capacities.
01:44Almost 25 crore individuals have come out of multi-dimensional poverty through a decade of our government's sustained
01:53and reform-oriented efforts.
02:03Our government has therefore decided to place a renewed emphasis on the service sector to provide
02:12a pathway to fulfilling aspirations of a youthful India with the following measures.
02:20I propose to set up a high-powered Education to Employment and Enterprises Standing Committee
02:28to recommend measures that focus on the services sector as a core driver of Vikasit Bharat.
02:35This will make us a global leader in services with a 10% global share by 2047.
02:48The committee will prioritise areas to optimise the potential for growth, employment and exports.
02:56They will also assess the impact of emerging technologies, including AI, on jobs and skill requirements
03:05and propose measures thereof.
