00:50The scheme will cover preservation of temples and monasteries,

00:54pilgrimage interpretation centres, connectivity and program pilgrim amenities.

01:01Orange economy.

01:03India's animation, visual effects, gaming and comics sector, AVGC sector,

01:10is a growing industry projected to require 2 million professionals by 2030.

01:16I propose to support the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies Mumbai

01:26in setting up AVGC content creator labs

01:30in 15,000 secondary schools all over the country and 500 colleges.

01:38Our third Kartavya aligns with our vision of Sapka Saat, Sapka Vikas towards Vikasit Bharat.

01:45This requires targeted efforts for,

01:47one, increasing farmer incomes through productivity enhancement and entrepreneurship

01:52with special attention to small and marginal farmers.

01:58B, empowering Divyangjan through access to livelihood opportunities,

02:03training and high quality assistive devices.

02:07C, empowering the vulnerable to access mental health and trauma care.

02:13D, focus on the Purwodha estates and the northeast region

02:18to accelerate development and employment opportunities.
