16:54Bryant. I know you all at Essence, but we're still in church today. Can you stand to your feet real
17:11quick? Come on. Everybody is standing. Everybody is standing. No matter where you are, no matter what
17:17it is that you've been through, what you've endured. Can you do me a favor? Would you lift up that hand
17:22right where you are? I know y'all came out of the hotel, you came out of the club, came out of the
17:29concert, but you owe God some worship. Can you just take 30 seconds and open up your mouth and just begin
17:35to bless him? Come on. Come on. You owe him more than that. Come on. I dare you. You owe him more than that.
17:47Come on. Lift up your voice. Where are you? Come on. Where are the worshipers?
17:56Hallelujah. Real quick. Would you embrace somebody around you? Tell them something good is going to happen to
18:01you. Something good is going to happen to you. Something good is going to happen to you. If you're happy and
18:12you know it, clap your hands. If you know God been better to you than you've been to yourself, clap your
18:18hands. If you know sooner or later it's going to work in your favor, that late in the midnight hour,

18:33Open up your mouth and give God a shout of thanksgiving right there.
18:41I'm thankful for the privilege to be able to share the gospel. Would you open your Bible apps for me
18:47and go to Genesis chapter six, Genesis chapter six. Thank you. Essence with all that you have planned
18:55and programmed that you did not fail to schedule the word of God. The flower may fade, the grass may
19:02wither, but it's the word of God that will endure forever. Genesis chapter six, verse 19 and 20.
19:10You are to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female, to keep them alive with
19:18you. Two of every kind of bird, of every kind of animal, and of every kind of creature that moves
19:24along the ground. Will come to you to be kept alive. Will come to you to be kept alive. You're to keep
19:30every kind of food that is to be eaten and store it away as food for you and for them. You may be seated.
19:40You're to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female, to keep them alive. Two of
19:46every kind of bird, of every kind of animal, and of every kind of creature that moves on the ground.
19:52They have to come to you if they want to be kept alive. I want to preach for a little while
19:58today using as a subject, I am not going to chase you. I am not going to chase you. Would you look at
20:07the person beside you and tell them, I don't know what you heard about me, but I am not going to chase
20:14you. If you know I'm preaching about you, would you clap your hands right now?
20:23Out of the folklore tradition of the Netherlands, the story is told about a couple that lived in a
20:31cottage in the woods. And they looked outside one day and saw three old men sitting outside of their
20:38house. After some time elapsed, they decided to extend some congeniality. The wife went outside to
20:48those three men and invited them to come into the home and have a meal. When she met them, one of them
20:56said, you have to only invite one of us in. You can't invite all three. He said, my name is success.
21:07If you invite me into your house, success will always be in your house. He said, my friend who is next to
21:16me is named, uh, is named money. And if you invite money into the house, money will always be inside of
21:27your house. He says, uh, but we've only got one last and his name is love. And if you invite
21:36love into the house, then love will always be there. Though three men said to the woman, go back into the
21:46house and ask your husband, which one of us do you want to come in? She went and had an ongoing
21:54discussion with her husband. And they finally came to the conclusion and she came back outside and said,
22:02we have decided to let love come in the house. Love started following her into the house. But when she
22:11looked back, she saw money and success following love. She turned around and was confused and said,
22:20I thought you said only one could come in. And they said to her, when you invite love into the house,
22:28money and success will come right behind it. Too many of us are going after the wrong thing and you still
22:40don't understand why your house is not a home. If you are not careful, your proverbial ankles will swell
22:50up. Bunions will develop on your brain because you have exerted so much energy chasing the wrong thing and
23:01chasing the wrong people. Can you imagine and have you ever taken a moment to consider the emotional fatigue the
23:10creator must be experiencing in Genesis six? Knowing that humanity is just three chapters old. It's three
23:19chapters old and it's already getting on God's nerves. He decided to give them a lifelong deadline of 120
23:29years, but it still doesn't stop them from acting up. The angelic are having copulation with mere mortals
23:38and together they are breeding a despicable generation. And the Lord said, what a whole lot of you have been
23:47thinking. The Lord said, I'm sick of people. Not only am I sick of people, I'm tired of people.
23:57You have no interest at this tick of the watch to be engaged in small talk. You don't have the energy
24:06to decipher whether people are telling you the truth or not. You don't have any energy to try to figure out how many
24:16knives am I going to pull out of my back. I don't feel like hearing you complain when I know you are not serious about
24:25change. I do not have the temperament to deal with your rudeness. My patience is depleted from your
24:37selfishness. I got whiplash always having to look behind my shoulder. I need a therapist because of all of the
24:47trauma that you have inflicted and now you pretend like you are the victim. Some of you came to New Orleans
24:55because you wanted to get away from some certain people. Some people that you didn't feel like being
25:02bothered with. So God calls a man by the name of Noah and Noah name means rest and it means motion.
25:13In there what everybody needs in their life. Somebody in whom you can rest around. I want to be at peace
25:22knowing you are where you say you are. I want to be at peace knowing that my heart is safe.
25:31That my mind is at ease. That my spirit can finally relax. I don't want to have to be going over trying to
25:38wake up in the middle of the night connecting the dots knowing what you said had absolutely no truth.
25:45I want to know that I can have some rest but not only that I need the people in my life who I can make
25:54moves with. It's a terrible thing when God blesses you and you don't know who it is that you can call
26:01because everybody is not genuinely happy about where it is that you get ready to go.
26:07Some of y'all ain't gonna keep it 100. There's some folk who mad you were in New Orleans right now
26:13and they are at home and they trying to figure out how did you make it happen. Who did you sleep with?
26:19Who did you brown nose with? Who did you politic with? And they got no idea. Favor ain't fair. I didn't do
26:27nothing but be faithful over a few things and God made me ruler over many.
26:36God says for those of you that can handle it get ready that this summer you are getting ready to
26:41make some real moves. You are not gonna be stuck. You are not gonna be stagnant and you are not gonna
26:48be held hostage to who you used to be. Look at the person beside you and tell them within the next year
26:56come on look at them tell them within the next year
26:59everything connected to me is about to make a move. My finances are getting ready to move.
27:08My address is getting ready to move. My job description is getting ready to move. Look at your neighbor and
27:16say as a matter of fact take a good look at me. This is the brokest I'm ever gonna be in my life
27:25within the next year. God is gonna change everything.
27:34So God forces Noah. God forces Noah to do what none of us enjoy doing. He forces Noah, hear this, to start over.
27:47J.P. Morgan says that the first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you are not going to stay where you are.
27:58In the universe of video games there are only two options game over or start over.
28:05And God told me to tell you if you can hear my voice you are getting ready to start over.
28:10Do you know how many things in your life tried to kill you and how many things in your life tried to break you?
28:18How many people betted against you but you able to say I may be black, I may be ugly, but I'm still here.
28:27After everything I've been through, my own family didn't believe in me.
28:32But look at me, I'm a testimony. I didn't make it on my own. Somebody prayed for me.
28:41The Lord sent. I'm coming. Give me just a minute. The Lord sent a PDF of the blueprint for the building
28:56that of the ark that Noah was commissioned to handle. He posted it on LinkedIn.
29:02He posted it on LinkedIn and couldn't get a single response. He put it on Indeed and didn't gather not one inquiry.
29:17Nobody wanted to help him. I'm not even talking to you. I'm talking to the person behind you
29:24who understands it's unnerving to have an assignment and to have oil, but to have no assistance.
29:32There's some people in this room who have had to do some heavy lifting all by themselves.
29:40And folk have no idea that sometimes you had to be your own life coach.
29:45You had to sit in the car and had to stop yourself from crying. You had to tell yourself,
29:51I am not going to break down in front of my kids. You had to keep it together so you didn't kick over desk in the office.
29:59You had to remind yourself there's a part of you that's saved, that speaks in tongues,
30:04but it's another part of you that will cuss Negroes out. You trying to do everything you can to keep it together.
30:15Folk don't understand everything that you are juggling up against. Trying to pay student loans.
30:21Parents are trying to take care of aging parents. Having to check adult children.
30:29Trying to make sure that everybody has what they need, but nobody ever checks on you.
30:35Folk don't know that there's some nights you just sitting up in the bed looking at the ceiling.
30:40There's some days you drive past your own house. There are moments that you watch the phone ring
30:46because you know that everybody's calling you or just trying to get something, but nobody ever checks on you.
30:54But I need some people that made up in your mind that no weapon that is formed against me shall be able to prosper.
31:04I need somebody that knows if God be for me, who in the world can be against me?
31:13He's got no help and he's still building.
31:19And I want you to know, don't get discouraged.
31:22Because in spite of your absence of assistance, you're still going to get it done.
31:28Everybody, this is a life lesson. I need you to write this. I need you to tweet it.
31:34Everybody is not a builder.
31:40Everybody is not a builder, but based off of what you are creating,
31:45I am telling you, you are getting ready to float into your destiny.
31:49There are some of you who can only shout over what you have.
31:54But there are others of us who are giving God glory for what we're dreaming about.
31:59I know some of y'all don't have dreams and all you want is red bottoms in a Louis bag and a Gucci belt.
32:06But there are others of you who are thinking about generational wealth
32:09and thinking about creating a legacy for those that are coming behind you.
32:15Do me a favor just to throw off all of your enemies, not for your car, not for your clothes, not for your job.
32:21Would you do me a favor? Would you give God glory for your idea?
32:26Would you shout? Come on, I can't hear nobody.
32:29I said, would you shout for what your dream is?
32:32Would you give God glory for what you're believing is going to take place?
32:37You can't spend all of your days treading water, trying to make ends meet, arguing with people who are inconsequential.
32:51Please do not take constructive criticism from people that never built.
32:55Because if they haven't built anything, it's not constructive criticism, it is a demolition proof.
33:04That there is too much that God has assigned for your life.
33:09And I am believing that what you are building, that when it takes off, your family will never be the same.
33:16I am so excited that you are the one God chose to change your family history.
33:23Your last name is going to be redefined because of what it is that you are building.
33:29Nobody who is related to you will even understand how you came up with that concept and why you operate at that level of genius.
33:39You don't even have nothing in common with the people you were raised with.
33:43But God transferred you into that family to show your family what real favor is supposed to look like.
33:52I know some of y'all don't believe it, but would you do me a favor real quick?

35:46And when he sees your faith, God will come up with the finances.
35:51There are some people who are looking at you crazy, but they don't understand.
35:55God will never give you a dream that matches your budget.
