00:17offer a quieter programme of activities. Festivities include performances, parades,
00:22workshops, food stalls and family events. A city centre procession is planned the weekend
00:27before celebrations. Red lanterns and illuminated buildings will feature across key locations.
00:33Organisers say the programme was developed with Liverpool's Chinese community. They say
00:37events are designed to be accessible for visitors of all ages.
