00:00Up to 300 DHL logistics workers at Jaguar Land Rover Solihull plant are being balloted
00:08over possible strike action in a pay dispute. Unite says DHL has not put forward a pay offer
00:13for 2026, which is usually implemented in January. The workers deliver parts and vehicles to and from
00:19the Solihull factory, so any walkout could disrupt production. Unite's general secretary says DHL's
00:25highly profitable and should make a fair offer. DHL says it's disappointed by the ballot and remains
00:30in constructive dialogue. The ballot opens on the 18th of February and closes on the 11th of March.
