00:00I think self-care is important for women because we are queens at multitasking
00:06and we will do until we cannot and then we'll keep doing. We always are putting
00:11ourselves last. We feel like we need to take care of everyone else. Sometimes
00:16people don't even ask you and you just start moving, you start doing. And so I
00:22think it's so important to spend that me time with yourself. To not feel guilty or
00:29selfish about it. My self-care practice is yoga. I really like how I get to portray
00:36a different character when I'm 15. I don't know it's very therapeutic to me. My
00:42self-care practice is volunteer work because I really like animals so I dog
00:48walk. I take the time to moisturize and drink lots of water and get facials if
00:54not monthly maybe bi-monthly. That makes me feel really relaxed and ready to go to
01:00sleep. I need time for me. Really calm myself down. Then I say you know what it
01:07might be time for puppies. If I don't spend that time with myself zoning out and in
01:13this case thrifting then I'm not gonna be able to put my best foot forward for any
01:21of those other aspects of my life. And then afterwards my skin feels soft it
01:25feels magical and I feel fabulous and it's just it just feels good. Hey
