02:45Hindi lang ito tungkol sa sertifikasyon.
02:48Ito ay tungkol sa paghubog ng kakayahan,
02:51pagpapalakas ng performance,
02:53at paghahanda ng tao para sa hinaharap.
02:56Dahil ang empowered na manggagawa ay magdudulot ng empowered na bansa.
