00:06outside of Miami, Florida for the Accelerate Her conference founded by and put on by the one and
00:12only Kimberly Blackwell. Accelerate Her to me, it is rooted in community. How is it that we lift
00:18one another as we climb and we're bringing forth others along the way? And if we can do that and
00:24understand that through collaboration, camaraderie, all those good things that contribute to community,
00:32the future is still bright. You and coming here, I feel seen, I feel welcomed and I also feel well
00:40resourced. I've known Ms. Kim for quite a while and to be able to be here and just kind of be in her
00:48world and her space I knew that was a very big moment for me and for her as well so I just I
00:53wanted to give her all her props. The ladies come in, their lives get changed. This is a time for
00:58everybody to just kind of let their guards down a little bit and be able to kind of lean and learn
01:04with one another. If anyone misses the power of Black women, they are stupid. It gives a level of
01:11confidence for other Black women around the world to feel like they could do whatever it is that they
01:16want to do because they saw Pinky do it, because they saw Kim Blackwell do it, because they saw you
01:20do it and I think that that is very necessary because representation is more important now
01:25than it's ever been. The unstoppable together is really what it's all about and it might be a 2025
01:32thing but it's really our own purpose mission and that's community driving things forward
01:38in advancement for business wealth and wellness.
