00:13because we got to do it every single day. But I have been doing it wrong my whole life, y'all,
00:18because when I tell you this Black woman, Camille Newman, has absolutely changed the game when it

00:46Thank you. Thank you. Now, everybody wants to know what I am talking about. As I have teed it up,
00:52you have created the most luxurious bath towels, full body bath towels.
00:57Yes. It's a new thing in my vocabulary right now.
01:00Full coverage. Full coverage. Can you talk about how you came up with this incredible brand?
01:06Definitely. I've been in an industry, the fashion industry for 15 years, but I had the aha moment
01:13when like so many people, I got a chill in my shower, after my shower, when I tried to wrap myself
01:19completely my own towel. And from that fashion experience, fit has always been important to me.
01:27And I realized that we just needed more out of our bath experience. We needed a towel that we could
01:32wrap ourselves in, feel cozy after that amazing shower, or even sit and do makeup. And so I,
01:39you know, found a manufacturer, got the most luxurious cotton. And here we are with Body by Love
01:46Extra Large Towels. Listen, I know it just sounds like words that she is saying to y'all.
01:52When she was talking about full coverage, when she is talking about extra luxurious, like I don't,
01:59I'm holding this like this is a blanket. Like I don't know if I've ever felt a towel with just this
02:10much luxury in it. Um, can you talk about, so you said it is full cotton. How did you come up with
02:19deciding how big it needs to be? I want to get into this towel here.
02:25Yeah, so let's jump right in. So, so few of us, like you mentioned, when you started,
02:29so few of us think about our bath experience, our shower experience, and even the products that
02:35we're using in a bath bathroom and the towel is no different. So after I had that frustrating
02:41experience, I really dug deep, you know, into the world of towels and discovered, um, things like
02:48the different types of materials, Egyptian cotton, Turkish cotton. And it was my desire to create the
02:54most luxurious towel ever. And so, I mean, I could go on and on about this, but essentially towels over,
03:04uh, 700 grams per square meter, they call it, which is a towel weight are considered luxurious.
03:10Um, our towel, the body by love towels, 100% Turkish cotton, which is one of the most luxurious
03:17materials you can get for a towel. And also I decided that a lot of other brands were doing towels
03:23up to 54 inches, maybe 60 inches, but that we were going to go there body by love and have a towel
03:30that was 72 inches long. I've loved it.
03:36This is a towel.
03:38Yes, that is a towel.
03:42Stephanie, we're going to, we're going to have to, I love it.

03:53Listen, I will take it because my husband's trying to steal this towel from me. So I'm going to need

03:57And you know what? We get that all the time after people try it. They're like, my husband
04:01tried to steal it. My wife tried to steal it. That's because we've just been, you know, doing
04:06the wrong thing in the bathroom. We haven't been treating that as our most sacred space and that
04:12bath and shower being one of the most important things that you could do for your day to recharge
04:18and really reinvigorate yourself.
04:21I just really see myself just sitting with this towel.
04:25Nothing to do with the shower at all.
04:28Tell me how, and I just, like I said, the luxurious bath towel, even Turkish cotton.
04:35It's something I've never uttered back to back juxtaposed together. How did you discover Turkish
04:42cotton? And like, what was the journey for you to figure out what the, because even the size is
04:46amazing. But when I tell you the texture of it, it's just.
04:50So as I mentioned, you know, it was so important. I could have mentioned this, but I'm coming from
04:57the plus size space and that whole idea of fit and luxury and coming from that space and not really
05:04all the times being seen and heard. It was important for me when it comes to fit to design something
05:10where people would just feel amazing. Right. And so really after doing a lot of research,
05:16I explored the world really of fabrics, Egyptian cotton, Australian cotton, trying different
05:23textures. And really it was the Turkish cotton that did it for me. And this is a true story.
05:30Stephanie, I said, you know what? I'm going to take a chance on this. I'm going to contact a bunch
05:35of Turkish manufacturers that I feel I could really do this luxury product that I want.
05:40And so many of them responded. And I went through months of refining the journey journey, making
05:47sure that, you know, some of these manufacturers were using solar energy, they're sustainable. So
05:53so many things went into that research until I narrowed down to one and they produce this ultimate
06:00bath tile that you're looking at today. So I'm truly excited. It's been a labor of love, but I love
06:07that labor because you're, you're experiencing and I'm loving it. And that's what I want to see.
06:13Listen, yes, this is, and this is why I opened the show that way. Like I'm just, it's such a calming
06:22feel, even like me here, like petting. It's such a calming feeling. And especially when you live a very
06:31busy, busy lifestyle. Um, and you don't always take time to like slow down and do the things we all
06:39taking showers, at least, you know, you're breathing yourself and it just like the intention behind this
06:46design and what it will inject into your everyday life. Like, I just want to thank you as a brand new
