03:08makeovers i want to know a little bit about who you are where you from how in the world did you
03:13end up at essence fest i'm here celebrating my mom's 70th birthday and i'm just so excited
03:21your mama was 70 that was standing with us earlier than i saw wow yes was this her first her first essence
03:28she's been to 20 essence and um she stopped coming she's been to how many 20 and wait a minute we're just
03:35at 30 years of essence and she's been here 20 years back to back yes yes the last time she came
03:41was in 2018 when her husband passed away so after the pandemic she was like it's time to live and go
03:48back so she brought me back for my first one two years ago and then this year she brought her grand
03:53daughters back so i'm hearing multi-generation just all across the board and then we get to you
03:59and what made you come this year is this your first essence this is my first essence and since we're
04:05celebrating my grandma's birthday i'm just excited to be here it's my first time getting to see all
04:12of this stuff so wait wait wait so this definitely won't be your last essence fest will it not at all
04:20so now that i know exactly where you're from and how you got here and this whole multi-generational vibe
04:26you know i got options right you cannot come to essence and luxe bowling and not have options
04:32so here we are i got my style express we're gonna bring things in really fast okay so here we have
04:37this full top i have this like oversized skirt moment that'll be really cute on you it's youthful
04:42we can snatch the waist up we can show a little bit of midrim how you feeling i like that okay she
