00:00Abundance has to have space to come into. Abundance has to have room to come into.
00:08And so if what we want access to is abundant love, we need room for that.
00:16And when our schedules are packed back to back to back and there's no room in our schedule for ourselves,
00:24do we have room to receive the abundant love that we might be dreaming of, praying for?
00:31Sometimes we're praying for stuff, but we're not making the room to receive the stuff.
00:35So the essence of what we teach is that rest is a practice of making room, of making space,
00:44of allowing, of expanding your capacity to receive.
