00:22I don't think the strike necessarily solves the problem in no way, shape or form.
00:26But I do think it is a step forward in the right direction.
00:32There is a huge disparity in pay when it comes to people of color, when it comes to Black people in general, in every field, not just entertainment.
00:44It's unfortunate, you know, we're fighting it, but I think it's just an ongoing battle.
00:52And it's a thing of people who are in position to not just be an outlet of being an accomplice to bridge the gap.
