00:09for the Live Well Challenge. Now, I'm your purpose coach, and let me tell you, you could not have
00:14gotten a better purpose coach, because even though I've been known as a personal finance expert
00:18for over a decade, what I truly believe is that when we are not clear about our purpose,
00:24it is impossible to set our priorities so that we can live well in every area of our lives. Now,
00:31my personal mantra and what I've taught people for years is that this journey is about chasing
00:36purpose, not money. Now, let me explain. Many of us have heard that we're supposed to follow our
00:43passion. You know what I'm saying. You've heard that, right? Follow your passion and the money will
00:48come. But what I have found in my work is that many of us are pursuing passions that we're not
00:53even proficient in. And if you're not proficient in the thing that you are pursuing, how will you
00:58ever be able to live well and sustain it? So we need to get clear on the difference between passion
01:04and purpose. I'm all about being passionate, right? Passion is that thing that fuels you. It gets you
01:09excited. It energizes you. It's the thing that you can do all day and completely lose track of time.
01:16Now, that's great, but it's just about you. When we talk about purpose, purpose is that thing that
01:23we do that actually impacts others. That means it's going to leave you more fulfilled because
01:29you see that that natural gift that you have can actually be a blessing to others. But how do we
01:35figure out our purpose? Many people think that they need to go and find their purpose. But I'm here to
01:41tell you that this is not about finding your purpose. This is about you accepting your purpose.
01:46It's about you embracing the gifts that you really have already. And it's about being willing to
01:51activate it in the marketplace in a powerful way. The thing is, you need to be clear about what your
01:57gifts are. And many of us have gifts that have been right under our noses our entire lives. So here's
02:03my charge to you. I want you to think about what is the thing that you have always done? It is the gift
02:09that you were given freely at birth. Because I believe that each of us was born with a gift, a talent,
02:15a skill that we are supposed to use to build wealth and do well in the marketplace. But because we're
02:21constantly looking to the left and right and comparing it with everyone else's, we keep
02:26diminishing it and dismissing it. And when you get clear on this purpose, it will allow you to set the
02:32priorities in your life so that you can live well, be well, do well, make smart choices in your life
02:38and have everything that you believe you deserve and desire. I guarantee that will put you on the path
