00:56I've recently been feeling a bit sluggish and weighed down, which I realized might be

03:23So what are we going to be doing today, KD?
03:25So I do something called calisthenics.
03:27It's a combination of kettlebell movements and calisthenics.
03:30Real basic for every fitness level.
03:31And if you know anything about KD, yeah,
03:34he gets to the business.
03:35I mean, a very, very nice gentleman,
03:37but very, very mean when it comes down to the workout.
03:41So I mean, I know I haven't worked out in years.
03:44I was a little worried about my well-being, honestly.
03:49But it was a great workout.
03:50I was excited.
03:51I felt fired up.
03:52Heart rate was up and going.
03:54And I wanted more.
03:55And there's nothing like ending your workout with a cool down.
04:00So we got on the treadmill.
04:01We were able to recap our day,
04:03talk about what we're going to do later.
04:05I mean, we got to do this again.

04:09I journal everything about my progress, all right?

04:22I travel a lot for television, film.
