Transcript
00:00So we're here in Lake Gregory. Our staycation has begun. I'm excited about
00:04everything we have planned. We've got all type of activities, festivities. It's gonna
00:08be great. We haven't done a boat like this where we're like in control of it.
00:12The boat plays music. I mean so it's like luxury and nature, which is me.
00:17This is the life I've always wanted. I've never dreamed of work. I've never dreamed of labor.
00:24The water lapping up against, the sun is shining. You had the mist. It was just like
00:28ah, you know, it's great. It felt good. Listen, I've always wanted to be that mom.
00:33Do a little picnic table. Make it all nice and cute. Don't at me. These are my dreams fulfilled.
00:38This is the thing. I love putting together furniture. So I don't, I'm not, mine doesn't look
00:57like yours. And I don't know if it's gonna hold. Oh, it's definitely not gonna hold.
01:01Okay, the instructions say wrap it four times and then not. Kev, you gotta not it.
01:07Let me just see the instructions so I can see how they did it.
01:09The instructions are in my mind. That ain't gonna help me.
01:13Sign me up. I don't care if it takes three weeks. It's my favorite thing to do.
01:16That's not even, boys, come help your dad. You got this father. I believe in you.
01:21I don't need cheerleaders. Words of affirmation. Give me the directions, flip it upside down,
01:26turn it, put it in Greek. I don't care. We're gonna figure it out.
01:29Now, first of all, I'm 270, 280, 260. I don't know. That's a lot of ham to be in that hammock.
01:36I'll lay on the ground where it's safe. So I'm really excited. The boys are about to go fishing,
01:41which is fantastic. Have your moment. Have a good time. I'm not a great fisher. I've only been a couple of times.
01:46But I think fishing is a thing a man and son should do. And then I want them to take their son's fishing in 20 years.
01:53And then be like, my dad took me down to the fishing for the RV trip, son. And this is how we did it.
01:58My sons adore their father. So anytime they're able to do something like fishing or just anything that they do with their father,
02:05I know it's a very special memory for them. And by way of it being special for them, it's always gonna be special for me as well.
02:12To get outside the house, I think it's a great idea.
02:15I would definitely go on a trip like this with my friends. But I'm enjoying it right now with my parents.
02:19It's cool to see them like, you know, in Mother Nature and stuff.
02:23So we're almost at the end of our day. And it's been really great. It's been better than I could have even imagined or expected.
02:33It's been just a lot of fun, a lot of family time. Monty is here with me, all tuckered out to be completely honest.
02:42And then I have this really sweet, sweet moment with Kev there fishing with the boys. And my heart is full.
02:55Because our business is on our phone, it is very easy to forget that we're also in the business of each other. Hello.
03:02And so it is really, really important to be intentional about disconnecting from the outside world so you can reconnect to each other.
03:10So we are in the RV. Isaiah, say hello. Hello. Hi.
03:20My favorite part of the RV is that it's comfortable. Like I can imagine myself just riding, cruising around with it.
03:26There's like a bed and stuff. I'm with it.
03:31Joe has already made his way to the bed.
03:35We had a high time.
03:36Boy, we had a time last night.
03:40Down to the lake.
03:42Boy, we had a time down to the lake.
