00:25a theme song you know that's like a really big thing it gets everybody set into the mood for the
00:31show and just becomes like everyone's little theme song in their head every week how does it feel to be
00:35a part of something so massive that the fans love man as a power just fan from the jump you know i
00:42gotta i feel honored one and two i you know i gotta live up to the hype that joe left as well
00:48because um i feel like you know that the song made me love it and i can still in my mind to show
00:55even more and um i don't know you know just to be a part of that and that's my dog trey songs but it
01:01was something i wouldn't know at that time that i just you know i just like i said it was a hype i
01:04wouldn't live up to but um you know i'm i'm honored and just not only to be on the show but also to be
01:11a part of the theme song is even more you know i'm saying i have a you know so awesome now this is
01:18like a really big uh move for you kind of one of the first big front-facing things that's um
01:23happened for you since i know that you had a battle with covid that was pretty serious uh over
01:29the course of the pandemic um how have you been since then and what does it feel to be kind of
01:34like getting back in the game after having such a intense medical emergency you know what um and i
01:41was life-changing for me last year i had never ever thought of any day in my life i'd be going through
01:45that or just you know just even have to learn how to walk and all that stuff again i just never
01:50thought that i would have to have time so it was days when i had when i first had got back you know
01:55while recovering i didn't i didn't know i had to learn how to walk again so it was like one of those
01:59but despite that um better news i feel great now way better almost 100 back but as soon as i got
02:06back home about a couple weeks about a week and a half two weeks later 50-year call like yo you know
02:11what um i don't know what you up to if you up to it like but they're filming in chicago right now for
02:16this role i want to see if you want to do it and it's not like no no no cheesy role you wouldn't
02:20want to do no corny role i think you actually like to do it so when he hit me i'm like man i'm with it
02:25you know i feel good so um i went up there and he was right you know what i'm saying so being a part
02:30of our cast and just seeing some of my peers even from chicago as well you know that i was running
02:34into it was just a dope experience for sure you know knowing that people probably only heard me
02:39sing like not to get to hear me speak for once you know now i'm assuming you've seen a little bit
02:44more of the show than the rest of the show we're only one episode in um how do you feel about the
02:49trajectory of well i we're only about one episode how do you feel about the press how do you feel
02:56about um tommy's new journey in chicago and the thing that you're so familiar with i think it's dope
03:02you know knowing that i want to say most of the scenes not only for for just the power universe it's
03:07mostly in new york scenario should i say so um you know just to even see tommy whom people i don't
03:13know if everybody know he's actually from illinois he's from aurora um which is right outside of
03:17chicago so i'm pretty sure he's familiar with the area so you know timey cool he's cool people
03:23too actually he helped me on set learn how to be like just do better you know i'm saying get way
03:27more comfortable just being you know next to him and just kind of stealing some of his you know
03:32for my first time actually being on film and acting um but to be in chicago and it'd be there
03:37and people get to see it worldwide you know just my city where i'm from and how we come how we speak
03:42um i think it's dope especially to be a part of such you know we're a power universe right now you
03:48know and as a as a fan myself from the jump to just be a part of this this recent one so awesome thank
