00:40that your physician has prescribed for you. Number two, it's critical also that you begin
00:48to take prenatal vitamins. Those vitamins decrease the risk of birth defects during your pregnancy.
00:56Three, eat healthy, nutritious meals, avoid salt, and drink plenty of water. Four, stay active,
01:08walk. It'll help your circulation, and it'll help your mindset and make you feel good. Number five,
01:17it's really important to find a physician that you trust, that you feel you can talk to,
01:23who will listen to you and your concerns. Have a healthy baby and be a healthy, happy mom.
