00:17You know, I was watching your episode, all of the episodes in the series, and I was like,
00:22it felt almost eerie kind of experiencing this while we're still in a pandemic.
00:27You know, I've spent most of this time alone.
00:29What was it like for you, you know, acting?
00:32And what was kind of the time for you there?
00:35Oh, well, acting in it, honestly, it was such a blessing because, like you said,
00:39I had been kind of cooped up myself and so uncertain about, like, how I'm going to get back to work,
00:45what that would be like.
00:46And then I read something I really enjoyed and knew that, you know, Amazon and that this
00:51production was going to take care of us.
00:53They told us they would, and they did.
00:55So it was, you know, a little bit of a leap of faith, but also knowing that I was in such
01:03good hands.
01:04And then the timeline was, we shot it in three days.
01:07So that was a challenge.
01:10And then we knew it was going to be three days, but you read the script and you're like, oh,
01:13wow, how are you going to do this?
01:15I know some of my fellow castmates have, like, I guess, 28-page monologues, you know?
01:22Yeah.
01:23I didn't have as many words, but a lot of choreography and, like, a really kind of crazy
01:28arc that I had to follow.
01:30So I guess that was the challenge.
01:32But with that kind of challenge, it's a gift, you know?
01:35It's a gift.
01:37Yeah.
01:38Your episode, I feel like I definitely need to go back and watch probably two or three more times.
01:43You know, I got to the end and I was just like, I felt like a lot of questions, you know,
01:48I was left, which I think is the point of the series as a whole.
01:51But I'm curious for you, you know, what you think your episode in particular kind of leaves
01:54audiences with to ponder?
01:57Yeah, I don't have to answer that question because it's audiences to ponder.
02:04Okay.
02:04I think if I can answer, I would say just the importance of family.
02:16For me, it's one of the things I noticed during the pandemic, one of the things that drew me
02:20to the script is, like, the importance of the people in our lives and how we protect them
02:25and love them despite them being a little different than we may ideally want them to be.
02:31Yeah.
02:32And then for you, this, it took me back to monster land, like, in a weird way.
02:37But then I think I started thinking about it.
02:41You're like a therapist.
02:43You're getting in my head.
02:43Stay out of my head.
02:44Well, on that note, I'm curious, you know, I was like, man, you do so many heavy roles.
02:51You know, like, what's kind of your decompress, you know, kind of method after these roles?
02:58You know what?
02:58I think it might be the roles themselves because my life is not tremendously heavy.
03:03Okay.
03:03I like nature.
03:05I have, like, a ton of plants and family and music.
03:09I like to sing lots of music.
03:11But, yeah, I think, also, I feel like I'm asking questions.
03:16And it's one thing I love about this series is everyone is in their own world asking questions
03:21about how we make it through in isolation, how we make it through in a horrible circumstance,
03:28you know, when things have just taken turns that we've never, that you couldn't imagine.
03:36You know, literally every episode is sort of dealing with that.
03:38And I have those questions.
03:41So it's really, I get to work things out in a way.
03:45And hopefully with you guys, it's like an exchange.
