00:00There are a number of other resources. One resource that I really like, the Black Coalition
00:05for Safe Motherhood, co-founded by Dr. Leslie Farrington. You know, we always talk about
00:10act for safe motherhood, really, you know, A, ask questions, you know, until you understand,
00:16you know, sometimes when you're in the provider's office, you, you know, there's already a power
00:20differential there. You feel afraid to ask questions. You feel you don't know the right
00:25questions to ask. Any questions to ask are the right questions. I always, I always ask my patients
00:31any more questions. Do you have any more questions? Because I think it's really important to be able
00:36to ask your, the questions. C, proclaim your space. T, trust your body. You know your body best. You
00:43know your body well. You know, there's a lot of data out here, and Kimberly, you talked a little
00:47bit about it, that, you know, you know, we're not listened to. Providers don't listen to Black women,
00:52and so that, in the situation of giving birth or even after giving birth, can be life or death.
00:58And then T, tell your story. I think part of these conversations today is to let people realize that
01:04you're not alone. There's so many of us that are experiencing this, and it's really important to
01:09tell your story and share your story, because the story you share today could be the life saved tomorrow.
