Trainer David Kirsh explains shares tips for any bride-to-be who wants to look fantastic on her wedding day!

00:00I'm Kalana Barfield-Brown, an editor at InStyle.
00:06Welcome to my wedding.
00:18I've been a fitness trainer for 25 years.
00:21I've worked with some of the top models and actresses in the world.
00:26And I'd like to say that I specialize in sculpting and toning women's bodies.
00:33I think the best time to give yourself to get into top shape for your wedding, ideally six months.
00:40The best routine to follow is sort of a mix of circuit, plyo, bootcampy, sculpting moves.
00:48Four times a week, ideally five, six times a week, giving you one day of rest.
00:55The day before the wedding, you want to stay calm and connect to your body.
01:00So it could be yoga.
01:02It could be 45 minutes on the treadmill.
01:06It could be one of my mini bootcamps, sort of an all-over workout.
01:10Any of those or a combination would be great.
01:14The one thing you want to stay away from the day before the wedding is alcohol.
01:19So I think eating light.
01:21Salads and clean proteins, lots of water to stay hydrated, keep your skin looking great.
01:27That's ideal.
01:29I love working with Kalana.
01:31It's not the first time we've worked out together.
01:33I know her body.
01:34I know what I need to do.
01:36I know what her areas of concentration are and it's a great, it's a great, it's a great
01:44dance.
01:45She trusts me.
01:46She knows I'm going to get her the results.
01:47I'm going to give her energy and dial into her body.
01:51I went to her dress fittings.
01:52I know what parts we needed to work.
01:55We focused on that and the results have been amazing.
01:58She is amazing looking and great energy and vitality.
02:04I can't wait to see her tonight.
