00:00so what have you guys been up to since we last saw you just working and we had took a break and
00:09we was doing our own solo endeavors man I was doing acting and you know writing for other
00:14artists and just you know keeping my craft going and then you know it 10 years actually just flew
00:20how difficult was it what were some of the challenges that you faced you know doing solo
00:24stuff versus when you were in a group well you know these are some animals on stage and in the
00:28studio or whatever the case oh man he's just amazing uh artist in itself so um just being up
00:33there by yourself and knowing that you don't have the comfort of you know that that left and right
00:37side guy you know it's just it's very difficult you know I mean so I feel like you know what us
00:42getting back on stage together man I feel like it's about to be magical and you know and the fans are
00:46definitely there to encourage it and keep us moving that's exciting so a little birdie on the
00:50street told me you're working on a new album is that right yeah yeah I feel like you want to speak
00:54on it go on Q well we're definitely working on something for the top of the year um we got like
00:59five songs out right now and we're just building and trying to create a a better sound I feel like
01:05our sound is unique and it's already dope so we're just trying to like add to what we already started
01:10so what can we expect any collaborations any yeah okay Brian speak on it definitely um you know we
01:19like to share the love you know spread the love you know um we're definitely um collaborations on the
01:25album we're um working with a lot of new up-and-coming producers and writers um we're also writing as
01:31well so um uh this album will definitely be day 26 but it'll be a more mature day 26 and
01:40day 26 now we grown out here yeah we grown we grown we all grown I know that's right now you are feeling
01:48a little bit under so thank you for powering through this interview he did yeah you pushed through right
01:53I love it I admire that are you gonna be working with Diddy on this album uh no it's gonna be completely
01:59just day 26 and us working and you know we just we incredibly you know talented guys in in ourselves
02:05so I feel like the best thing for us right now which is to be independent and just do and just
02:09show the world exactly who we are you know I mean versus them being able to stamp somebody else for
02:13the success of day 26. So Mike I feel like you want to tell me what your relationship is like with
02:18Diddy now um our relationship has never changed you know once he um like I said he did the bag over
02:24Union tour and he came out to the city whenever we see him there's no love lost anything like that
02:28so we always have a good time and uh other than that you know you see each other by passing
02:33and other than that we just so the relationship is a big home always a big home you know we got
02:39we got day 26 and bad boy on us so it's it's like you know once you're a bad boy you're bad boy forever
