00:25Uh, never mind the fact that witnesses have long said that DeAndre was the victim, and
00:30video clearly shows DeAndre running from the mob, DeAndre's attorney told the Washington
00:35Post.
00:36We find it highly offensive and upsetting, but what's more jarring is that he's been charged
00:41with the same crime as the men who attacked him.
