00:00When we was in school and when I was younger, even in my adult life, they made it seem like
00:08colorful things on dog skin is not right. So with the colors, once I started getting
00:12into makeup, I noticed that color popped on brown skin much more. Like it just make our
00:17skin look so much better and the colors show better on us. Once I got on social media and
00:21I had to start doing bookings and going places, I started getting my hair done a lot. I started
00:26getting my makeup done. So I just got infatuated on how cosmetics made me look.
00:30Everything I do is comical. I don't know why, but it's just comical. So I will get
00:34on live and like mess up my face. I'm talking about use the wrong colors, the
00:39wrong eyebrow gels. So like when I actually was really learning how to do it and
00:42like actually like perfecting some of the stuff I did was asking me, oh, what you
00:46use for this? What you use for that? And my biggest thing for social media, like if
00:50people are asking you for stuff, sell it. Stop referring everything. Like if they
00:53asking you for this, you need to start selling it. Then by me doing it on social
00:58media as a beginner, that's how I came up with the crayon case. Basically all the
01:02products are beginner friendly. Like if you don't know anything about makeup, you're
01:05gonna love the crayon case because everything resembles a school supply to
01:10make you feel comfortable with messing up. Anybody could use it, a professional
01:13makeup artist, an amateur makeup artist. I always knew it was gonna be big. So
01:18that's why I got my own warehouse. I got my own staff. I hired my friends, my
01:23family. I know the strategy. I know what it takes and I know that it's gonna be
01:28bigger than even what I imagined because of the pace I'm working. I'm not
01:32procrastinating. Like I'm moving every day I do something new to apply to the
01:37crayon case and that's why it's so big now and of course it's gonna be bigger.
