00:00How does it feel knowing that your character is dressed like Prince?
00:03Dressed like Prince? Prince is dressed like me.
00:05Your character.
00:06He's dressed like me. I'm older.
00:08Hey everybody, it's your girl Danielle Young here on the red carpet for Glass.
00:12And if y'all know anything, you know it's a third in a trilogy for M. Night Shyamalan.
00:16And here is where he goes in deep.
00:18So we're going to ask everybody on the carpet tonight, what makes a hero?
00:22And what makes a villain?
00:23I think a villain is somebody that serves McDonald's to sports teams.
00:27But I'm just saying.
00:28So stay tuned for more.
00:31A villain is a person who has 800,000 federal employees working for free.
00:39That ain't a hero.
00:40A hero who's doing something for the greater good of society, working in mankind's favor.
00:48A villain trying to get to whatever nefarious ends he may have by whatever means necessary.
00:54A hero, putting others first.
00:56Anybody who puts others first.
00:59Anybody who sacrifices themselves for the benefit of others or to save others.
01:04Villain selfishness.
01:05Complete selfishness.
01:06I think a villain is any person who is incapable of opening their minds and fastened on their way of thinking and not willing to take their blinders off and confront the things about themselves that need work.
01:20I think a villain knows that they're doing wrong and almost get off on it.
01:25I think there's a thrill to doing wrong.
01:27I think heroes can be unexpected.
01:29They could be people that we didn't see coming.
01:31And so heroes, it's kind of harder to define.
01:33But I think a villain knows exactly what they're doing and the intention is there and it's negative and it's bad and that's a villain.
