00:22That's when the light bulb went off and I was like, you want to buy this?

00:25Now Myel's everywhere.
00:26So Sally's was our first major deal.
00:29The day that we launched in Sally's at 95 stores, every store sold out completely.
00:35And then we just got into CVS this January.
00:37Tell us a little bit about what kind of discipline you had to develop or maybe you had that already.
00:41You have to be very disciplined because what's important is building your brand and taking
00:45that money and reinvesting that back into the brand.
00:48What's next for Myel?
00:49My goal is to really make Myel a household beauty name.

00:57What do you tell her about becoming like a beauty boss?
01:00You really have to be authentic and stay true to yourself.
01:03Don't come into any business trying to be like someone else.
