Chef Huda shows how to turn leftover Thanksgiving collard greens into tasty stuffed peppers.

00:06So, at my house, we also have rice left over.
00:08Okay. You have rice left over. You made it the day before.
00:10You're literally going to take your rice. Already ready.
00:12And you're going to stuff peppers. Okay. And make it super simple and easy.
00:14So, the rice is cooked. It's going in.
00:16Put that in there. Okay. And I'm going to add in.
00:19I'm going to have you chop all your knife skills.
00:22I'm ready. I heard they're pretty good. Yeah.

00:27So, you're literally just going to rough chop some of the collard greens.

00:48We're going to add in our favorite, again, parmesan cheese.

01:04Today, we're using a brown rice.

01:11We add them on 375 for 15 minutes, depending on the size of your pepper.

01:17So, you don't need to cook everything together like you would if you were doing this from scratch.

01:21So, we're going to stuff the peppers.

01:28Now, if you had mashed potatoes instead of rice left over, you can use that as well.
