00:18on your business your accounts you need to focus on this this and that it was just let's get on
00:24the stage and let's sing and so a lot of things begin to happen from that time that I feel like
00:30became an overload you get what I'm saying like you're just carrying it and it's overloading it's
00:35piling up and to be so young and deal with all of those things and still be a mother and still
00:41take care of your family and still try to go and work that's an overload so now I can tell somebody
00:49that you know if you don't stop and fix that and let go of some of that stuff you will end up in
00:54that position where I was losing I don't do anything that I can't relate to it's not real
00:59because it's not gonna come across I'm a soul singer I have to sing what I feel and what I go through
01:05I'm talking about relationships family friendships the business all of that and just put all of that
01:16and one side effects of you put in the album and I told a couple of people at the record label like
01:22I don't want to do another album until I can do exactly what I want to do until I can speak from
01:28my heart lyrically and musically do what I really really love which is that whole rock and that soul
01:35you know doing music that I'm passionate about I grew up on I'm a music baby I come from a musical
01:45family first cousins Casey and Jojo music was all around me and it wasn't just one type of music
01:51it was rock it was soul it was jazz it was blues it was gospel it's always music and so I wanted to
02:00take that musically and put that into this hour and then lyrically just let it all out
