00:28Self-love is just like any other workout. In order to make it strong, you have to exercise.
00:35So it comes from exercising self-love, either through different routine or to knowing your worth and surrounding yourself with people who value you,
00:48who are not going to put you down. And once you do that, you know, it all just sort of like comes.
