00:00Hey, what up, y'all? The family and I are out in Oregon exploring one of its hottest spots,
00:19which is the Columbia Gorge. Check it out. Look at those views. Isn't that amazing? What's up,
00:25guys? Bye. It's lush. It's beautiful. The views are epic. Today's almost like a digital detox. Almost
00:32as if we're kind of leaving all the phones, all the devices at home and instead focusing on just
00:36kind of getting outside and celebrating, you know, some alone time with the fam, focusing on nature
00:41and just all the little cool things that help you kind of just enjoy each other. Almost like stillness.
00:55You know, it really is all about getting outdoors and putting down the phones, not worried about an
01:03itinerary, not worried and tracking where you have to be. Sometimes we just drive and then we stumble
01:09upon a place and we're like, let's check this place out. Today we're at Sarvation Creek. It wasn't even
01:19on the schedule, but we were passing by and we're like, we have to stop here. So beautiful waterfalls
01:25back there. You can see the kids just playing around as always, but it just feels good to get
01:30outside with the family and just not have any worries and really enjoying the journey. Not worried
01:36about where you're going, not worried about what the end destination is going to look like or what it's
01:40going to be, but just getting out here and just relaxing and enjoying everything that nature has to offer.
01:49All right guys, so we're getting an amazing meal because I have an RV. Yes, I have all the tools.
02:10I literally brought the home kitchen with me. I was able to actually make sauces, marinades,
02:14marinate a pork chop, cook fried rice, precook the rice, store it in the refrigerator. And honestly,
02:18it felt like I was actually at home, but that's not the real point. The real point is the morale
02:23of my family behind me enjoying this meal is very high. I mean, they're happy after a long day of
02:28hiking, exploring and seeing all this amazing scenery. That is because the meal we had complements
02:33the amazing stories we had today. So I don't know what to tell you, man. Good food, awesome RV,
02:39family's happy, family's happy. Today I won.
02:51So today was pretty amazing, man. I just pretty amazing, but it was perfect. The weather was awesome.
03:10The kids were blown away by all the views we saw. Got up early this morning. Oregon didn't disappoint me.
03:16The weather was perfect. The Columbia Gorge, one of Oregon's like top spots. It was all there,
03:21all that and more. But yeah, it's important, man. I mean, these times build character, right?
03:26Family character, you know, emotional character, you know, morale. You know, I think overall the
03:32kids were blown away by all these reviews. Hell, I was blown away. That's gorgeous. You know, getting
03:37outside and getting out to nature, I think it gives you a sense of togetherness, you know,
03:42you feel more connected. I think we're more present almost each other, you know, we're present,
03:46you know, it's almost like I see each other better. Yeah, I think that's the biggest thing. We're in a
03:51society where we are easily distracted, but not really focusing on one another as we should in
03:59marriage. So this time helps us to really reconnect. Yeah, yeah. Just kind of like rebuild and remember
04:07why we said I do. Right, right.
