00:00I was quite taken by your book because, again, it just had a lot of common sense and something that stuck with me is the fact that you talk about different stress levels, right, which is something that we all have to deal with, is that maybe your colleague has a different threshold or your mother has a different threshold of stress. Can you talk to that a little bit?
00:19Well, it's, you know, you have to find your own coping mechanisms and you have to know your team well enough to know how they respond. And again, it's about communication, isn't it? Because sometimes you can just say, get it, you're stressed, we need to take it down and kind of hold hands and move on together.
00:34I mean, I think what's interesting for me is really more about, you know, in leading a business through sort of complicated times is really not being scared to show doubt to your team and asking their advice.
00:50And I think there's, it's been interesting as a woman leading a business and in the creative business that, you know, you're often told to lean in or to man up or not to bring the emotion to the situation.
01:01And I've realised, and this is why I wrote the book, I've realised those things are really important female traits.
01:06I mean, traits full stop, but I'm now no longer scared to really be myself in that way and to show when I'm feeling vulnerable, to be honest about that.
01:16And I think actually the team and even your customers to a certain extent, I think the buy-in is much bigger as a consequence.
01:23So I think vulnerability is sort of a superpower in a funny way.
01:27And I think we, we, we shouldn't be scared to admit to that.
01:32And in a way, it's the sort of doubt sitting on your shoulder that's keeping you safe.
01:36You know, you need to turn the volume down occasionally, but I think it's important to, to recognise that that's, that's entirely fine.
01:41And that's been really useful actually to be able to say that.
01:43I don't think 20 years ago I could have said that.
01:45I think it's really important to help BUTTON
01:50to understand, and to ask for questions as well.
01:51So, if you've told me, we can also think of why it wouldn't be HELP.
01:54So, that's no other thing thatDanthat would assist me with.
01:57But Brandon would ask you, I think the question they were看一下.
01:59So, I have the idea?
02:00And some 5?
02:00Well, he said it's like, well we don't even know.
02:02And some absolutelyson with my?", so that's an 이렇게.
02:05It's sweet.
02:06So, and I think it's always a like, that was a good question.
02:08Problem solved.
