00:00One thing that's notable is, and one of the reasons I dropped kind of like the 50 states,
00:05is you're saying some actions take place across bipartisan lines, right?
00:10We're talking about child safety, for example, and other issues at the state level, that is.
00:16So you're saying states like Idaho, which is, you know, fervently red,
00:21and you're saying states like California, Illinois, etc. also do that as well.
00:27Obviously, for some of the Democratic states, you've seen the skepticism toward the reflexive,
00:36trying to make sure there are guardrails and standards there.
00:40But again, from the White House's point of view, they see any of those,
00:45just the disparate regulatory landscape impeding some of the growth and innovation
00:53as the president says he wants to compete with the likes of China and keep the U.S.'s lead.
