01:01This time it is Cypress Gardens.
01:03And the Garden of Lights Festival.
01:05I remember going to this special event when I was going to college.
01:11It was just an incredible time to visit Cypress Gardens.
01:13For those that aren't familiar with it.
01:15Cypress Gardens was Florida's original theme park.
01:19And it operated from, I guess, the 1930s.
01:24All the way up to about 2008.
01:26So they had almost a 70 year run.
01:28And it was just an incredible theme park.
01:32And eventually evolved into Legoland Florida.
01:36So it's still...
01:37It's still technically there, but it's completely changed now.
01:40So it doesn't look like what it did in this video.
01:42I remember Cypress Gardens...
01:47Being like the theme park of senior citizens.
01:50That was kind of their reputation.
01:52And they did all these special events to attract that demographic.
01:57After Cypress Gardens went out of business in 2008.
02:00I think Epcot kind of took over that.
