Rubio: Use of Force Is on the Table if Venezuela Doesn't Cooperate

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the administration is ready to use force to ensure Venezuela's new leadership cooperates with Washington. Rubio’s statement comes after Venezuela's interim President Delcy Rodriguez said her country has “had enough” of US interference.
