Protesters stage rally outside Chinese embassy in Makati, calls gov't to reaffirm PH sovereignty

Protesters from the Filipinos Do Not Yield (FDNY) Movement and allied groups hold a lighting rally outside the Chinese Embassy in Makati on Wednesday, Jan. 28, condemning China’s continued aggression, water cannon incidents, and harassment of Filipino fishermen in the West Philippine Sea.

The group calls on the Philippine government to uphold the country’s sovereignty, maritime rights, and the 2016 Arbitral Ruling under UNCLOS. (via Diann Calucin | MB)
