00:00Nebraska on the road to take on Michigan College Basketball Big Ten.
00:04Did you know Nebraska has the nation's longest active win streak right now?
00:08But if you take a look at the spread, you wouldn't know that.
00:10Michigan favored by 10.5 points across the board, a total of 155.5.
00:15The number one shooting three-point team in the Big Ten is Nebraska,
00:19at 38.5% in conference play.
00:21Do you know who lets you shoot the three-point shot?
00:24It's Michigan.
00:25Also, we saw a little case of that last night between,
00:27oh, yeah, Louisville loves a three-point shot.
00:29Duke doesn't really defend at all, but, wow, whoo, that was a blowout.
00:32Joe, Nebraska, Michigan today.
00:34Nebraska is going to have a tough time staying unbeaten.
00:36No?
00:36What's your spread line here?
00:38Well, you got to love it, right?
00:39And this shows you the totally different opinions about what the books think,
00:45what the pros think, and what the public thinks here
00:48because the public is looking at a 20-0 Nebraska team and going,
00:53wait a minute, they're a double-digit underdog against Michigan?
00:57What?
00:57Yeah, 20 straight wins is 20 straight wins any which way you slice it, right?
01:02But double digits?
01:05Well, that's the whole thing, right?
01:07Strength of schedule plays a big part of this.
01:09Michigan, who has played the second toughest schedule in all of college basketball,
01:17they've got quadrant one wins by 4, 40, 30, 40, 10.
01:22You get the point here?
01:24There is a big difference between playing quality opponents and playing non-quality opponents
01:29and being undefeated.
01:31And they've only lost one game, Michigan, and they are at home,
01:35and they make a habit of winning by double digits against lesser teams.
01:39We're going to learn a lot about Nebraska here tonight.
01:42It's been a great season.
01:43It's been a great run, but the market is clearly telling you, Donnie,
01:48yet they are not as good as their record says they are.
