00:24American population eating out of your hand one-third of the people in this
00:28country love you one-third of the people in this country detest you and one-third
00:33can't quite figure it out because things as you keep reminding everybody things
00:38seem to be going pretty well with the economy which is not enough in my mind
00:40by the way the spiritual condition of the country is dying but I want to say you're
00:45somebody who they're just were small little things you might have done do you
00:51see that yourself if you had it to do over again right I hate that question but
00:55if I preface it by saying that you could have made these slight adjustments
00:58it all might have gone pretty good you know but but your your your administration
01:03is in constant turmoil you're you're presenting somebody to the American
01:07public in a pivotal position in your administration 18 months later you're
01:10saying they're an asshole I've always hated them I've always had my doubts about
01:15them you know it's like one minute you're gonna give them the congressional
01:18mental law and the next thing you know you're like they're a liar and a moron and
01:22you're like well which is it and I want to go and if people are uh uh if people are
01:28praiseworthy and you trust them one minute and 18 months later you're an idiot is
01:32there something wrong with your people skills and your ability to judge people
01:36you seem to be getting it wrong quite a bit but I think more importantly with all the
01:40comedy aside what I want to say to him is like what's your impression of what the
01:44job of the president is now compared to what you thought of it when you started
01:48many people say wolf and you know the great plank in his book was that you
01:54didn't really think you're going to win and when you did win you were like oh my
01:59god what am I going to do and the idea is now that you I tend to like I don't
02:07really believe that maybe you weren't quite sure you're going to win or you had
02:09your doubts but it must have had some sense of what the job was about or in the
02:16interval between November and January when you took the oath of office you
02:21might have had some you were developing some sense what is your impression of
02:24what the president should do for the country now and have you been doing that
02:30what are some of the things you haven't been doing that you wish you had done you
02:35might and of course if you had a second term what would you do differently I got
02:39maybe that all those kinds of things which I have no faith he would answer
02:43objectively and honestly
